2. General information on data processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our services. Processing generally takes place only with the consent of the data subject or where a legal basis exists.

The legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (a) (consent), (b) (contract or pre-contractual measures), (c) (legal obligation) and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you visit our website, your browser automatically sends information to the server, which is stored temporarily in log files: IP address, date and time of access, name and URL of the requested file, referrer URL, browser and operating system.

This data is used exclusively to ensure smooth operation and system security. It is not merged with other data sources.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website itself does not set cookies and does not use tracking technologies. Fonts, images, audio and video are served from our own server.

Third-party content (YouTube, Spotify, Mixcloud) is only loaded once you activate it by clicking. Before that, no connection to these services is established. Only after activation can the respective providers set cookies.

5. YouTube videos (after click)

On some pages we embed videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The video is only loaded when you click the preview. From that point a connection to YouTube is established; YouTube learns which page you are visiting and, if you are logged in, can associate the visit with your account.

6. Spotify playlists (after click)

On some pages we embed playlists from the music service Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, SE-111 53 Stockholm, Sweden. The player is only loaded when you click the preview. From that point Spotify receives the information that your IP address has visited our site and, if you are logged in, can associate the visit with your account.

7. Mixcloud mixtapes (after click)

On the music page we embed mixtapes from the audio streaming service Mixcloud Ltd., 447–453 Hackney Road, London, E2 9DY, United Kingdom. The player is only loaded when you click the preview. From that point Mixcloud receives the information that your IP address has visited our website and, if you are logged in, can associate the visit with your account.

8. Enquiries via the Vibe-Check

If you send an enquiry via the Vibe-Check, we process the data you enter (name, email, phone number, wedding date, location, your notes about the celebration) in order to review your enquiry, respond to you and prepare a proposal. The data is stored on servers within the EU. Confirmation and reply emails are sent through an automation we operate ourselves; data is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Your data is deleted once the purpose no longer applies or upon your request. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

9. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your personal data solely to handle your request. It is not passed on to third parties.

10. Cloudflare CDN

We use a content delivery network (CDN) provided by Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, to optimise loading times and protect the website against attacks. Traffic between your browser and our server is routed through Cloudflare, which collects technical information (IP address, time of access, user agent) for protection and performance. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

11. Rights of data subjects

Under Art. 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise your rights, contact hi@nuevoweddings.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

12. Retention period

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. After that, the data is deleted.

13. Data security

The website is delivered exclusively over HTTPS. We use technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction or unauthorised access.

14. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy applies from September 2026. We update it when our website or legal requirements change.
